This is a legacy of Oklahoma politics. If you don't think it's a problem, just look at page 2 of your state tax return form (511), next month. The state gives exclusives and credits to many favored corporate entities. It just means that the rest of us pay more, or worse yet, face imprisonment for doing the same commerce.
  Nowhere is this more blatant than casino gaming.
