Freedom Index - Halftime report

  In this installment of 3D Politics, Van talks about his beta test of an online fantasy sport competition involving legislative advocacy.
    www.Fantasylawmakers.com is where citizens can form a fantasy caucus of current lawmakers, then engage with those 8 team members, to drive up their Freedom Index numbers, and win the 2020 Spring Legislative Session.
  He uses an example from earlier in the day, where a leftist legislator tried to get passage of a bill to remove parental rights when children want to marry while still being underage. Van exposed 4 Republicans who supported the bill, until it was going down to defeat. They switched their votes just before the roll was closed, so as to cloak their earlier position.

Speaker Charles McCall is pushing a resolution to set a new state question which would vastly increase the requirements for citizens to present a state question on the ballot. McCall is a lawmaker, so he doesn't need to gather petition signatures. But he wants us to get way more, from all over the state, before we get to present a ballot question to each other.

A Criminal Alien Asset Forfeiture & Deportment Bill

  State Rep. Sean Roberts has attained committee passage of a bill to force state law enforcement to finally remove all convicted felons who are in the nation illegally. the bill would also authorize the seizure of vehicles owned by the criminal illegal alien.
  This sets up a floor battle with Democrats who favor full amnesty of all such aliens.

Health Dept. Wants To Make Their Own Laws

  Once again, the Oklahoma Health Dept is trying to write and pass legislation solely within their own agency. If the governor agrees, the legislature is locked out of the process.
  On Thursday, the board will hear public comment on vast changes in medical marijuana.
  What's worse is that the board is seeking to make unprecedented new demands upon young parents who have reservations about the 6 dozen 'mandatory' vaccines their kids are supposed to absorb and withstand.

The Freedom Index Awards Event

In this installment of 3D Politics Live..
- Last week Sooner Politics founder, David Van Risseghem, was at the Oklahoma State Capitol to honor the top third of the lawmakers whose voting reflected a commitment to restoring and preserving individual rights for all Oklahomans. A special limited edition deck of playing cards were produced. One deck was designated for each lawmaker to receive their own card. the rank reflects how well they compared to their colleagues.
