Minority Groups Contradict Their Call For Community Policing

For several decades, minority groups insisted that it would be a better community if police would adopt the model of enforcement known as community policing. It encourages cops to become social workers and spend time getting to know about everyone.
  But now these same groups insist that the mayor of Tulsa needs to search all over the nation to find the best next police chief, whether that chief knows anything about Tulsans, or even respects our values.
